问题描述：优路特009设置为恢复出厂置后出现了： please tap on crosslines firmly The crosslines will continue to move until the screen is aligned.和一个随着手划屏幕的加号（+） 点重新复位出现开机片头，还没到有音乐的开机界面就又出现了： please tap on crosslines firmly The crosslines will continue to move until the screen is aligned.和一个随着手划屏幕的加号（+） 这是怎么一回事啊，才买了没几天，怎么可能会这样呢？售后也不懂。
